1、創(chuàng)新人才長(zhǎng)期項(xiàng)目

申報(bào)人一般應(yīng)當(dāng)取得博士學(xué)位，在國(guó)外著名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任相當(dāng)于教授職務(wù)或者在國(guó)際知名企業(yè)、金融機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任高級(jí)職務(wù)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理人才，年齡不超過55歲。引進(jìn)時(shí)未全職在國(guó)內(nèi)(來華，下同)工作，或者在國(guó)內(nèi)工作不超過1年。引進(jìn)后須全職在國(guó)內(nèi)工作3年以上。

2、創(chuàng)新人才短期項(xiàng)目（含非華裔外國(guó)專家）

引進(jìn)時(shí)未全職在國(guó)內(nèi)工作，且符合創(chuàng)新人才長(zhǎng)期項(xiàng)目其他資格條件。引進(jìn)后須在國(guó)內(nèi)連續(xù)工作3年以上，每年不少于2個(gè)月。

3、青年項(xiàng)目

申報(bào)人應(yīng)當(dāng)屬于自然科學(xué)或者工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，年齡不超過40歲，具有博士學(xué)位，并符合下列條件：

（1）在海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)或者知名企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)有正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，取得博士學(xué)位后在海外連續(xù)工作36個(gè)月以上;

（2）取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)或者技術(shù)帶頭人的發(fā)展?jié)摿?

（3）申報(bào)時(shí)未全職在國(guó)內(nèi)工作，或者在國(guó)內(nèi)工作不超過1年;

（4）引進(jìn)后須全職在國(guó)內(nèi)工作3年以上。

4、外國(guó)專家項(xiàng)目

申報(bào)人應(yīng)當(dāng)為非華裔外國(guó)專家，年齡不超過65歲，引進(jìn)后須全職來華工作3年以上，其他資格條件應(yīng)當(dāng)符合創(chuàng)新人才長(zhǎng)期項(xiàng)目要求。

三、提供待遇

將“千人計(jì)劃”入選人員納入學(xué)校高層次人才相應(yīng)層次支持，提供相應(yīng)的待遇和支持條件。

1. 薪酬待遇：除享受國(guó)家生活補(bǔ)貼之外，學(xué)校提供具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬；

2. 科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：除國(guó)家提供的科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)外，學(xué)校提供100-300萬元科研啟動(dòng)及學(xué)科配套經(jīng)費(fèi)；

3. 住房/租房補(bǔ)貼：聘期內(nèi)，提供校內(nèi)周轉(zhuǎn)房一套，或提供相應(yīng)的租房補(bǔ)貼；

4. 實(shí)驗(yàn)辦公用房：根據(jù)需求協(xié)商確定，優(yōu)先解決；

5. 職稱：聘任入選者為教授，直接認(rèn)定博士生導(dǎo)師資格；

6. 其他保障：本人及家屬進(jìn)京戶口；子女就近入托、入學(xué)等。

Beijing Sport University Invites Applications

through the National Thousand Talents Program

Beijing Sport University (BSU), as one of China’s top universities and a “Project 211” university, enjoys a high reputation both at home and abroad for its glorious history, profound deposit of culture, and solid schooling foundation.

With undergraduate education as its basis and postgraduate education as its focus, BSU is home to such seven scientific disciplines as pedagogy, management, medicine, science of art, law, literature, and sciences. The university hosts Category I discipline PhD program of Sports science, and Category I discipline masters programs in psychology, clinical medicine and Marxist theory; it offers three Master’s Degrees –Master of Sports Science, Master of Fine Arts and Master of Journalism and Communication – as well as one post-doctoral program of Sports science. In the last three governmental appraisals of key disciplines of national institutions of higher education organized by the Ministry of Education over the past decade, BSU’s sports science discipline has ranked top among all national institutions of higher education.

BSU currently has five key laboratories of provincial or ministerial level, including the Key Laboratory of Sports and Physical Health of Ministry of Education and the Key Laboratory of Strength and Conditioning and Recovery of General Administration of Sport of China; it is also home to a Beijing Higher Institution Engineering Research Center, a National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, and two Experimental Teaching Demonstration Centers of Beijing Colleges and Universities.

Strongly committed itself to the advancement of science and technology, the university has always been boosting teaching and the power of innovation in students through high-level researches. Furthermore, with its emphasis on the encouragement of and support for top-level researchers and teams for innovation in key research projects, the university has received many State Scientific and Technological Progress Awards, and has undertaken many projects and researches of National Key Technology Research and Development Program and National Philosophy and Social Science Fund, etc. Therefore, the university has comprehensively enhanced its researches both in level and quality, further amplifying its power to support and contribute to the nation’s sports development.

Ever since its founding, BSU has always held an international vision, making significant contribution to the nations’ sports diplomacy. Over 10,000 international students of 106 countries have graduated here, among whom is Dr. Oleg Matytsin, President of the International University Sports Federation (FISU). In addition, BSU has awarded doctorate degree to Mr. Zlatko Mate?a, former Prime Minister of Croatia and President of the Croatian Olympic Committee, and hasconferred honorary doctorate degrees upon former IOC President Jacques Rogge and 7 other eminent personalities of international standing. Furthermore, it has appointed Ms.Kate Caithness, President of the WorldCurlingFederation, and Mr.Ivo Ferriani, President of the InternationalBobsleighand Skeleton Federation (IBSF) as Honorary Professors. The university has also honored Dr. Oleg Matytsin as visiting professor.

I. Recruitment Majors

II. Recruitment Conditions

1. Long-term Project for Innovative Talent

The applicant should acquire a PhD, and should be the professor at prestigious universities and research institutions abroad; or be the senior personnel of professional and management skills at established enterprises and financial institutions abroad. The applicant should be under 55 years old. The applicant should never have worked in China full-time before, or worked in China for less than a year. When being recruited, the applicant should stay for more than three years in China.

2. Short-term Project for Innovative Talent

When being recruited, the applicant should never have worked in China before and should meet all other qualifications of Long-term Project for Innovative Talent. The applicant should work for more than three years in China and no less than two months per yearwhen recruited.

3. Project for Youth

The applicant should have studied in the following majors such as natural science or engineering technology, be less than 40 years old, have acquired PhD, and meet the following qualifications:

(1) The applicant should have official teaching or scientific research position in prestigious universities, scientific research institutions or established enterprises abroad; and have worked more than 36 months consecutively abroad after acquired PhD.

(2) The applicant should have scientific achievements that are recognized by experts from the same field, and should have the potential of becoming the leading person in this field in the future.

(3) When applying for the job, the applicant should have never worked full-time in China before, or stayed less than a year in China.

(4) When being recruited, the applicant should work more than three years in China full-time.

4. Project for Foreign Expert

The applicant should be non-Chinese, and no more than 65 years old; and should be working in China for more than three years when recruited. The applicant should meet all other qualifications of Long-term Project for Innovative Talent.

III. Treatment and Salary

The recruited will be included into the university’s high-level talents program and enjoy the same treatment and salary.

1. Salary: the university provides competitive salary besides the national standard allowances.

2. Scientific Research Expenditure: the university provides 1-3 million RMB as supporting expenditure besides the national scientific research expenditure.

3. Subsidized Housing/Renting: the university provides the accommodation while recruiting the applicant, or provides renting subsidies.

4. Experimental Office Housing: the housing will be provided prioritized based on the needs of the applicant.

5. Professional Title: once being recruited, the applicant will directly become professor and doctoral supervisor.

6. Other Conditions: Beijing Hukou for the applicant and his/her family; the children’s enrollment to kindergarten and schools etc.
