Our product portfolio covers a wide range of Diagnostics including Microbiology, AutoImmune Serology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, with the recent introduction of Real Time Molecular Diagnostics. Other product lines include Blood Collection Systems, POC, Medical Devices, Liquid handling Consumables and Instrumentation/Automation, Healthcare IT Systems, Consumables and Calibration/Validation Services.
Sales support is provided by a dedicated team of professionals who provide full account management for the customer. Our Sales Team provide a direct line of communication back to Cruinn so that customers requirements and expectations are realised.
The Sales Team is supported by a dedicated team of Customer Support Representatives. Our customer support team are always available to take your call and deal with any enquiries that you have. This group manages a comprehensive order processing system where all orders are processed on the day of receipt.
Cruinn Diagnostics Ltd. also provide a team of dedicated product support specialist teams for each product group and their aim is to keep the customer informed of new product releases, new technologies and provide support to the customer using extensive product knowledge at customer site locations. Extensive training is also provided by Cruinn Diagnostics which help to implement new and emerging technologies in the various product portfolios.
Cruinn Diagnostics Ltd. is certified to ISO9001:2000. Products designed for clinical market are supplied in accordance with the European IVD Directive and carry the CE mark.
