Univentor Ltd was established in 1979 on the island of Malta by designer Ulf Backlund.
Sophia Backlund, who joined the company in 1987, has been Managing Director since 1996 and closely monitors the production of Univentor’s precision instruments. All products meet the highest of standards and rigorous tests are carried out to guarantee the maximum reliability and performance of each one.
The work force consists of a dedicated and motivated team, with an average length of employment of 14 years, who work together with diligence to bring to life Ulf’s designs and inventions. The result is a range of instruments with cutting edge technology that are in increasing demand by specialists all over the world.
