特康科技是專業從事醫學檢驗儀器及體外診斷試劑研發、生產、銷售的國家級高新技術企業。公司成立于1992年，下轄“上海特康生物工程有限公司”、“南京特康生化分析儀器有限公司”、“武漢特康醫療器械有限公司”、“江西特康科技有限公司”四個子公司。
特康科技全心致力于我國醫學檢驗儀器及其試劑的國產化，一貫堅持自主創新，公司率先成功研發了國內唯一具有自主知識產權的血細胞分析儀和血細胞分析儀用試劑，并迅速使其產業化。先后承擔了國家火炬計劃項目、國家高技術產業化示范工程項目、科技部創新基金項目、信息產業部電子基金項目等；榮獲國家科技進步二等獎（專業組內網評會評排名均第一名）1項、省級科技進步一等獎2項；起草和參與制定了血細胞分析儀試劑的國家行業標準；公司經國家批準設有工程技術中心 和國家 博士后工作站。
特康科技研發、生產的TEK系列全自動血細胞分析儀、TC系列電解質分析儀、全自動生化分析儀、“雪球”牌系列血細胞分析儀用試劑、“雪球”牌系列生化試劑和尿試紙條享譽全國，并出口世界40多個國家和地區，擁有36000余家用戶。
特康科技在國家發改委、國家科技部的大力支持下，投資億元在上海、南昌、武漢劃地面積300余畝，建立了三個科技園，總建筑面積達63000m2（其中凈化車間面積3000m2），建成了我國最大的醫學檢驗儀器及試劑的高技術產業化示范基地。
特康科技建立了覆蓋全國的營銷和售后服務網絡，設有26個分公司或辦事機構。公司通過了ISO9001、ISO13485、德國TüV質量體系認證及產品的CE認證。

一九九二年，公司成立并開始生產生化試劑；
一九九四年，開創了我國血球試劑的國產化；
一九九五年，血球試劑在一片“洋水”包圍中脫穎而出，銷往全國各級醫院；
一九九六年，血球試劑首家通過衛生部臨檢中心質量檢定，國內各大醫院接受“雪球”牌血球試劑；
一九九七年，建成國內唯一大型血球試劑的生產基地，“雪球”牌血球試劑成為國內知名業內知名品牌；
一九九八年，由于“百特”品牌混亂，成立“特康科技有限公司”，公司對外宣傳全面啟用“特康科技”；
一九九九年，榮獲省科技進步一等獎，并成功開發了唯一自主知識產權的TEK全自動三分群血細胞分析儀；
二○○○年，遷入新建成的特康第一科技園區，參加大連第五屆全國醫學檢驗學術會議，并展出TEK全自動三分群血細胞分析儀，反響空前，影響深遠；
二○○一年，購地150畝，籌建特康第二科技園；
二○○二年，承擔國家高技術產業化示范工程項目、國家火炬計劃項目、創新基金項目；
二○○三年，通過ISO9001質量體系認證和產品的CE認證；血細胞分析儀出口；
二○○四年，在上海購地，建設上海特康科技園；承擔信息產業部電子基金項目；
二○○五年，特康第二科技園建成并投入使用，成為我國最大的醫學檢驗儀器及試劑的示范園區；通過國家高技術產業化示范工程項目驗收；上海特康科技園建成；

Tecom Science Corporation (original name: Biotech) is a national high technology corporation who is the specialist of manufacturing, selling and developing medical test instruments and clinical diagnostic reagents. Tecom founded in 1992, and have three subsidiary companies in China.
Tecom dedicate to national manufacture and insist on innovation independently. The company took the lead to research and develop the first hematology analyzer and hematology analyzer reagent in China and all these got the first proprietary intellectual property rights and rapidly actualized industrialization. Tecom undertook the national torch plan project, the national high-tech industrialization demonstration project, the Science and Technology Ministry innovation fund project, the Information industrialization Ministry electron fund project successively and so on;Won the National Technology Advancement Award and the first award of provincial level advance of Science and Technology 2 times;Drew up and participated the formulation of national industry standard for hematology analyzer reagent; Our company has set up the project engineering research center and National Post-doctorate Workstation by the approved by the national authorization.
The products of TEK series full automatic hematology analyzer, the TC series electrolyte analyzer, the TC55 biochemistry analyzer, “XUEQIU” brand series hematology analyzer reagent, the biochemistry reagent and the urine strip research, develop and manufactured by Tecom Science Corporation enjoy a good reputation all over China, and been exported to more than 40 countries and regions, have got more than 36,000 users.
Tecom Science Corporation invested hundred million RMB in Shanghai, Nanchang to delimit an area of 200 Chinese acres under the support of the National Development and Planning Commission and National Technical department, has built three technical gardens, the total floor space amounts to 50,000 square meters (including purify workshop area 3000 square meters), has established a large-scale high-tech industrialization demonstration base of medical inspecting instrument and the reagent.
