Isolation Systems Inc., our products and capabilities. We offer full service design, engineering, and manufacture of a complete line of both standard and custom built airborne contamination control, containment, and extraction systems. Our systems assure the highest level of protection and safety for both personnel and product.
Isolation Systems Inc. brings over 30 years of experience to bear in the design and development of clean process specific engineered, airborne contamination control and containment systems. Our systems meet or exceed all performance and conformance standards, both nationally and internationally recognized. (See conformance standards) Throughout its history, Isolation Systems Inc. has successfully provided fully certified and validated equipment and products to the Pharmaceutical, Bio Technology, Semi Conductor, Optics and Chemical industries. Our extensive experience in precision stainless steel, steel and plastics fabrication enables us to design and manufacture to the most complex containment and clean process equipment requirements and performance specifications. Our products are fabricated exclusively in 304 or 316L stainless steel, mild steel, electro statically coated in either bonderized polyurethane or epoxy. All gasket and sealants utilized in our products are FDA approved.
With over 45,000 sq ft. of available manufacturing space equipped with the most advanced state of the art automated production equipment “CAM” and design “CAD” capabilities we consistently manufacture the highest quality products at competitive prices and we deliver on time. Our quality assurance and testing protocols insure our products meet or exceed all design and performance specifications.
We offer complete customer support and service through all aspects of system design, engineering to final manufacture, certification and validation. Isolation Systems Inc. also offers complete installation, field certification and testing services performed by our factory trained installers and technicians. Our highly experience and innovative sales, design, and engineering staff will work alongside our clients from project inception through completion to assure their total satisfaction with the final product.
