芬蘭TVI公司自1993年以來就致力于面向全球客戶開發生產要求的工業機器視覺現場中需要的數字線掃描相機。TVI Vision XIIMUS系列將相機的性能提高到一個更高的水平。
TVI的彩色線掃描相機通過一個分光棱鏡來確保三種顏色（紅、綠、藍）的極好分離，每種信號的光譜分布都是標準化的。3個線CCD可確保棱鏡的各顏色輸出端口能夠獨立地探測紅、綠、藍信號。相機有3X512~3X4096像素分辨率，其中512像素模式輸出線速度能達到65K線/秒。
I/O端可接多種圖像采集卡或根據特殊要求選擇的特殊板卡。XIIMUS系列相機配有簡單易用的配置軟件，可通過RS-232端口和Camera Link端口使用，高達60項產品應用的特性配置可被保存到存儲器。XIIMUS系列相機可隨時對相機內部電壓和溫度進行監控。通過查看相機后部的LED燈或者讀取相機狀態顯示可觀察到相機溫度的變化。
