LaVision BioTec GmbH – connecting biology and optics. We specialize on the development of innovative optical equipment for life science applications. The span of technologies reaches from intravital microscopy to fluorescent imagers for microarrays. The most prominent product is the TriM Scope, a unique multiphoton microscope used to visualize processes in the living animal, tissue slice or cultured cells. The latest development, the BioAnalyzer Gel, images protein gels without the necessity of staining.
