1991年，SKF從公司創立人收購了60%的股份。1993年，Westergyllen集團全面收購Fixturlaser。自此，Fixturlaser成為Westergyllen集團其中的重要成員。Westergyllen集團是一間在瑞典股票交易所上市的控股公司。
Fixturlaser總部設在瑞典哥德堡, 在全球70多個國家擁有代理機構。
Elos Fixturlaser AB was founded in 1984. The company develops, manufactures and markets laser alignment tools for rotating machinery. Our instruments are used by maintenance departments in process, pulp & paper, power generation, and shipping industries, among others.
In 1993, the entire company was acquired by Elos AB (formerly Westergyllen AB), an industrial group, which is organized in two business areas: Medical Technology and Precision Technology. The group is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB, Small Cap List, the Swedish stock exchange market.
Elos Fixturlaser AB is located in Mölndal, Sweden, and is represented in more than 70 countries world wide.
