創(chuàng)建于1987年法國(guó)南特的歐陸集團(tuán)，在食品、制藥、環(huán)境等檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域具有國(guó)際領(lǐng)先地位，是歐洲檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域的頂級(jí)測(cè)試機(jī)構(gòu)。早在2005年，Eurofins在中國(guó)蘇州就投資建設(shè)了食品和藥品測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)室（歐陸分析技術(shù)服務(wù)（蘇州）有限公司）。藥品測(cè)試中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室則在2003年就開始和中國(guó)客戶合作，2010年5月，藥品測(cè)試部中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室從蘇州搬遷至上海。
依托在食品、藥品及環(huán)境等領(lǐng)域的雄厚基礎(chǔ)，歐陸集團(tuán)在幾年前開始有規(guī)模地開拓消費(fèi)品檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)。2009年，Eurofins鎖定亞洲市場(chǎng)，分別在上海和深圳投資建立實(shí)驗(yàn)室：歐陸檢測(cè)技術(shù)服務(wù)（上海）有限公司和歐陸技術(shù)檢測(cè)（深圳）有限公司，并且在香港設(shè)有獨(dú)立的銷售處：歐陸分析香港有限公司。
短短幾年之間，歐陸蘇州、上海、深圳均已獲得CNAS認(rèn)可及國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局頒發(fā)的進(jìn)出口商品檢驗(yàn)鑒定資質(zhì)。歐陸蘇州還成功獲得了德國(guó)認(rèn)可機(jī)構(gòu)DAkkS（原名DACH）對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的認(rèn)可（No.DAC-PL-0612-09），認(rèn)可范圍涉及微生物、重金屬、三聚氰胺以及殘留物檢測(cè)等。歐陸上海和深圳也分別獲得CPSC, CBTL, ZLS, CMA等國(guó)內(nèi)外多項(xiàng)資質(zhì)。歐陸集團(tuán)在中國(guó)業(yè)務(wù)的迅猛發(fā)展，國(guó)際資質(zhì)日趨完備，客戶認(rèn)可度不斷提高，迅速奠定了歐陸集團(tuán)在中國(guó)第三方檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)行業(yè)中的國(guó)際認(rèn)證地位。
