DNA Sequencing
Eurofins MWG Operon has a long international standing as an expert for sequencing projects of all sizes, from single reads to be delivered in 20-30 hours turnaround time to the sequencing of complete genomes. To serve the needs of fast reaction times our sequencing department operates from three production sites in Germany, USA, and India. Eurofins MWG Operon is able to offer state-of-the-art high throughput sequencing technology with the Genome Sequencer™ FLX system from Roche Diagnostics GmbH.
By combining the companies sequencing platforms based on Sanger technology and the GS FLX technology, Eurofins MWG Operon is able to offer the sequencing of bacterial genomes in just a couple of days.
With an experienced team, bioinformatic know-how and reliable partnerships Eurofins MWG Operon has gained an excellent scientific reputation for the generation of genomic information.
Oligonucleotides
Eurofins MWG Operon´s competence in the synthesis of oligonucleotides has made the company an European market leader and a strong global player. In fully automated production facilities in Germany, USA, and India, Eurofins MWG Operon applies proprietary processes to offer synthetic nucleid acids with highest quality.
Additionally Eurofins MWG Operon offers HPLC and HYPUR® gel purification options, modified oligonucleotides, large scale DNA synthesis and probes for quantitative PCR.
Gene Synthesis
Eurofins MWG Operon provides gene synthesis services for standard genes, complex genes or gene libraries in a most sophisticated and streamlined process by utilising its in-house oligonucleotide production and sequencing services for quality control.
With the help of its proprietary software GENEius, Eurofins MWG Operon is fully geared up to convert any DNA or amino acid sequence into its optimised synthetic gene which is perfectly designed for any type of application.
siRNA
Under the siMAX® brand, Eurofins MWG Operon offers a full portfolio of customised, predesigned and validated siRNA products in various scales with extensive quality controls. Using the innovative siRNA design tools on MWG´s Ecom platform, customers can check the physical properties of the siRNA and preview the secondary structure formation of the siRNA/mRNA site before ordering.
