Cedip 紅外系統(tǒng)公司是一家法國紅外相機(jī)及固定萬向節(jié)系統(tǒng)（stabilized gimbaled systems）供應(yīng)商。Cedip公司成立于1989年，專為科研及安防市場提供冷中長波紅外相機(jī)，同時還為各種商業(yè)和政府應(yīng)用飛機(jī)提供高性能固定萬向節(jié)系統(tǒng)。截止到2006年12月31日的財(cái)政年度，該公司營業(yè)收入近1820萬歐元，營業(yè)利潤近310萬歐元。
2007年9月14日，美國FLIR Systems公司宣布對Cedip紅外系統(tǒng)公司的控股協(xié)議。根據(jù)協(xié)議，Cedip公司控股人同意出售其股份給FLIR公司。由此，F(xiàn)LIR將掌握有該公司67.8%的股份，全部分?jǐn)偤螅抗蔀?9歐元，整體資金為4140萬歐元。
本次收購對FLIR的科研相機(jī)市場來說意義重大。收購不僅增強(qiáng)了公司的國際銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)，還引入了包括冷凍中波紅外相機(jī)在內(nèi)的新產(chǎn)品及技術(shù)；同時FLIR在歐洲也擁有了重要的生產(chǎn)及技術(shù)基地。FLIR預(yù)計(jì)將通過整合銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)、以及在部分Cedip產(chǎn)品中采用FLIR紅外傳感器等方式來降低產(chǎn)品成本。
另外，Cedip公司位于瑞典的Eskilstuna的Polytech分公司，專門生產(chǎn)中型、低成本、高穩(wěn)定性的固定萬向節(jié)系統(tǒng)。Polytech的產(chǎn)品將擴(kuò)大FLIR公司的固定多傳感器系統(tǒng)系列，使其在FLIR公司的產(chǎn)品在政府系統(tǒng)及商業(yè)視覺系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用中具有增長優(yōu)勢。
交接一旦完成，Cedip公司的紅外相機(jī)部門工作將并入FLIR的Thermography部門。而Polytech分公司將并入FLIR的政府系統(tǒng)（Government system）部門。
