With global offices and an extensive representation network, Wentworth offers three major product lines: vertical probe cards, cantilever probe cards, and wafer probers. Our premium Accumax â , Megamax â and Micromax â vertical probe cards feature patented Saber â Probe vertical contact technology, a photo-defined and chemically etched contact that offers superb current carrying capability, superior life performance, and the scalability to simultaneously address the industry's most demanding pitch requirements. Wentworth also offers Cobra â vertical probe cards for mature applications.
Wentworth is the exclusive representative for Korea-based Advanced Micro Silicon Technology (AMST Co., Ltd.) in the United States, and offers MEMS-based technology for 300mm one touchdown probe cards for NAND probing, and fine pitch, high parallel multiple die testing of DRAMS and NOR Flash. In a cross-representation agreement, AMST will sell and service Wentworth Accumax, Megamax and Micromax vertical probe cards in Korea.
Wentworth and ProbeLeader Co., Ltd. of Taiwan have signed an exclusive cross-distribution agreement. Wentworth will sell and support ProbeLeader's advanced cantilever probe cards and related products, and ProbeLeader will sell and support Wentworth Accumax, Megamax and Micromax vertical probe cards in Taiwan.
Wentworth offers an expansive line of manual, semi-automatic and automatic probers for applications up to 300mm ranging from failure analysis, reliability, design verification and high volume wafer sort. Wentworth's flagship prober, the Pegasus ä Series semi-automatic and automatic probers, bring speed, versatility, accuracy and dependability to a variety of wafer and package testing applications. Pegasus S200 is designed for production probing of semiconductors, LEDs and MEMs on wafers up to 200mm, and includes a patented double-sided option for probing both sides of a wafer simultaneously. Pegasus 300S, for test of up to 300mm wafers, is designed for semiconductor device and process characterization, parametric testing, failure analysis, and more.
Wentworth Laboratories and Quatek Group, a leading supplier of test and measurement equipment in Taiwan and China, have established a joint venture in Taiwan, Pegasus Instrument Inc. Pegasus Instrument manufactures Pegasus probers in Taiwan and provides field service and applications engineering for China and Taiwan.
