西北工業大學分析測試中心成立于2016年，是學校進行科研、教學與學術交流的重要基地和對外開放的窗口，工作職責主要包括分析檢測、科學研究、人才培養、技術咨詢等，于2017年9月開始正式運行。
我校分析測試中心定位為世界一流分析測試平臺，陸續引進國際先進的高端精密設備和技術。擬建設設備包括球差校正透射電子顯微鏡（3000萬元）、微納原位分析系統（1000萬）、高分辨透射電子顯微鏡（1000萬元）、掃描隧道顯微鏡（1000萬元）等高端精密設備，是國際上應用于材料、化學、物理等領域最先進的分析測試儀器。后續大型儀器設備每年都會建設。

一、招聘人數
1-2人
二、工作職責
1.以專家級水準對高端儀器設備（一般投入成本高于1000萬元，如球差矯正透射電子顯微鏡、掃描隧道顯微鏡等）進行操作和管理；
2.熟悉并拓展儀器設備應用領域，針對不同類型的樣品和測試要求能夠精準的調試、操作和分析，對制樣及分析測試技術中遇到的難點能夠突破，對測試結果進行校準，取得的分析測試結果滿足或超出用戶期望，支撐發表高水平論文；
3.以國際先進和專業的分析測試平臺運行理念來整體統籌所有儀器的安裝、維護、操作、培訓，確保中心高水平服務學校科學研究。
三、應聘條件
1.在國內外著名高校或國家實驗室的公共測試平臺，負責平臺設備運行維護的管理工作5年以上，取得高級工程師（Senior Engineer/ Manager/ Staff Scientist）或同等級別崗位；
2.具有國際化視野，具備先進的管理理念和協調能力；
3.具備專業的設備操作能力，對相關分析測試技術有豐富的經驗和技術難點突破的成績，參加過相關設備的專業培訓，并具備培訓他人的資質；
4.具有優秀的測試結果案例，支撐發表國際頂級期刊，《Nature》、《Science》及子刊等。
四、考核標準
對首席技術師不做科研成果要求，以中心運行狀況和用戶的分析測試結果進行考核：
1.協助科研用戶取得高水平成果，并發表在頂級期刊上；
2.每年分析測試能力、業務水平考核在中心所有人員中居前5%，突破測試技術上的難點，解決相關設備業內測試技術上的難題，開發拓展儀器設備的測試技術，打造相關測試水平在國內分析測試領域的口碑與品牌；
3.為5-8年內西北工業大學分析測試中心成為國際一流的公共測試平臺做出突出貢獻。
五、待遇
1.為學校特殊崗位，崗位職稱為正高級，年薪30-60萬。

A Position of Chief Technical Engineer is available in Analysis & Testing Center of Northwestern Polytechnical University
The Analysis & Testing Center (ATC) of Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPU) was established in 2016, which serves as one of the most important centers of NWPU for material analysis and testing, scientific research, talent-cultivating, and technical consultation, etc.
ATC of NWPU aims to build an analysis and testing platform in the world-leading level. A series of the most advanced facilities and techniques in materials science, chemistry, physics will be equipped, including spherical aberration corrected transmission electron microscope(30 million RMB), micro/nano in-situ analysis system (10 million RMB), high resolution transmission electron microscope(10 million RMB), scanning tunneling microscope (10 million RMB). Instruments and facilities in the similar styles will be built every year regularly.
To effectively employ these facilities in improving the scientific researches in NWPU, a position of chief technical engineer is opened for the world-wide outstanding talents, who are proficient in the related facilities. ATC of NWPU will dedicate to provide an open and inclusive academic environment for the applicant’s future development.

2.Responsibilities
(1) Operating and managing the facilities (spherical aberration corrected transmission electron microscopy, scanning tunneling microscope and so on)with the top professional level.
(2) Being familiar with the facilities and having abilities to extend their application ranges; being well experienced on measurements of various samples, including facility operation and results analysis; having strong abilities to solve the issues during the sample preparation, analysis and testing; having strong abilities to acquire analysis and testing results that could meet with or exceed users’expectations, facilitating the publications of the results in high-level journal papers.
(3) Coordinating and managing the ATC with world-leading concepts, including the installation, maintenance, operation and training of all the facilities, ensuring to serve the scientific research of NWPU with high quality.
3.Qualifications
(1) At least 5 years of working experience in the public testing platform of famous universities or national laboratories with the main responsibility of facility maintenances and operations; simultaneously, having been entitled with positions of senior engineer, manager, staff scientist or positions with the similar levels.
(2) Having advanced management concepts and coordination abilities in the public testing platform;
(3) Having professional abilities to operate the related facilities; Having rich experience and breakthrough performance in the analyzing & testing technology; having participated in the relevant professional trainings and been qualified to train other technicians.
(4) Having ever obtained well analyzing and testing results to support the publications in top journals, such as Nature, Science or their sub-journals.
4. Assessment criteria
The assessment criteria focus on the running status of all facilities in ATC and the quality of the analyzing and testing results; No requirement on the scientific research achievement by the applicant own.
(1) Assisting the user to obtain high-level experimental achievements, which have potentials to be published in top journals.
(2) Presenting analysis and testing abilities in each year’s qualification ranking in the top 5% among all of the technicians in ATC; solving technique problems of the facilities and achieving breakthroughs; Developing and expanding the testing ranges of the facilities.
(3) Contributing strongly for the development of ATC into a world-leading level in 5-8 years.
5. Wages and benefits
(1) The Chief Technical Engineer is a special senior position of NWPU. The annual salary is between 300,000 to 600,000 RMB.
(2) NWPU has national known basic educational resources such as affiliated kindergarten, primary and middle schools. All of the staffs enjoy all welfare of NWPU, such as medical treatment, social insurance and children education and so on.
